Cancelling an Appoinment :
- I’m sorry. I’m very busy
- I’m terrible soryy I have tp put off my appointment.
- I’m afraid I have to postpone my appointment with tomorrow morning.

Changing Appoinment :
- How about tomorrow
- I can’t see you at 9 a.m
- Can we meet at 1 p.m ?
